Who we are
Studio & Mat (studioandmat.com), operated from Singapore. Data Protection Officer contact: to be added before launch.
What we collect and why
- Newsletter (when it opens): your email address, collected only with your consent, used only to send the newsletter. Our email provider (to be confirmed) stores it for us.
- Forms (studio listings, corrections): the details you choose to send, used to answer you and update listings.
- Analytics: we plan to use cookie-free, aggregate analytics (page views, country, device type) that don't identify you.
- Affiliate links: if you click one, the retailer or affiliate network may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
Consent and withdrawal
You can withdraw consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by contacting our DPO. We'll stop using your data within a reasonable time and tell you what withdrawing means.
Access and correction
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, how we've used it in the past year, and ask us to correct it. We aim to reply within 30 days.
Do Not Call
We don't send marketing by phone call, SMS or WhatsApp.
Overseas transfers
Our hosting and email providers may store data outside Singapore. We'll use providers that protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
Retention and protection
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose above, then delete it. We use reasonable security arrangements to protect it, and we'll notify you and the PDPC if a notifiable data breach occurs.
